Balsini will take part in the 200m butterfly event in the competition.
The Dubai International Aquatic Championship (DIAC) is organized by the UAE Swimming Federation and the Dubai Sport Council.
The championships will be held at the Hamdan Sports Complex, which is the largest aquatic center in the world, from April 8 to 11.
The competition is FINA Approved as a qualifying event (A & B Qualifying standard times) for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
