Jens Toornstra put the host into the lead just three minutes into the match but Iranian winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh equalized the match with a powerful strike in the 90th minute.
Jahanbakhsh came off the bench in the 59th minute as Javairo Dilrosun’s replacement.
