The Palestinian Ministry of Health and WAFA news agency said Abu Siam died from injuries caused by Israeli gunfire during the raid northeast of East al-Quds.
During the same incident, the Zionist settlers reportedly stole dozens of sheep belonging to Palestinian residents.
The village, along with the nearby Bedouin community of Khillat al-Sidra, has frequently faced settler incursions that residents say include property damage and arson.
Commenting on the situation, Mu’ayyad Sha’ban of the Palestinian Authority’s Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission described Israeli actions as a “dangerous escalation in systematic terrorism and reflect a complete partnership between the settlers and the occupation forces,” while urging international protection for Palestinian communities.
Separately, the al-Quds governorate condemned the killing as a “fully-fledged crime,” saying it occurred “under the protection and supervision of the Israeli occupation forces.”
The governorate added that the assault formed part of a broader surge in settler violence involving shootings, arson attacks on homes and vehicles, and land seizures.
Meanwhile, in a related development, Israeli regime forces also raided Arraba in the northern West Bank on Wednesday, injuring three Palestinians, one critically, according to local accounts.
Sources said occupation soldiers detained several youths during that raid.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society reported that its teams treated the gunshot victims and transferred them to hospital.
More broadly, Palestinians say Israeli military activity has intensified across the West Bank, including East al-Quds, since the regime launched its war on the Gaza Strip over two years ago.
Palestinian figures indicate that Israeli forces and settlers have killed at least 1,114 Palestinians in the West Bank since October 2023, injured about 11,500 others, and detained roughly 22,000 people.
