The group said in a statement that it had conducted a total of 291 operations since the beginning of the war.
The statement added that 13 Americans were killed and dozens more wounded in those attacks, with some of the injured reported to be in critical condition.
The Iraqi Islamic Resistance also said it carried out 31 attacks in the past 24 hours using dozens of rockets and drones targeting bases occupied by US forces in Iraq and the wider region.
Separately, news sources early on Wednesday reported a series of drone strikes targeting a US logistical support center near Baghdad International Airport.
The attacks come amid rising tensions linked to the ongoing aggression by the US and the Israeli regime forces against the axis of resistance in West Asia.
