The IRGC announced in a statement that the 57th wave of missile strikes during the Operation True Promise 4 was carried out on Monday night.
According to the statement, targets in the heart of the occupied territories, including the Israeli command, control, and communication infrastructures as well as missile defense systems, have been targeted with Khaybar-shekan (Khaybar buster) precision-strike missiles and also with Emad and Qadr missiles.
The IRGC stated that it has launched Zolfaqar --a precision-strike mid-range missile running both on solid and liquid fuel-- and Qiam missiles and has also flown smart suicide drones targeted at the Al-Udeid military base, where the terrorist American forces were stationed.
The US and the Israeli regime launched a large-scale unprovoked military campaign against Iran following the assassination of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, along with several senior military commanders and civilians on February 28.
The attacks have involved extensive aerial strikes on both military and civilian locations across Iran, causing significant casualties and widespread damage to infrastructure.
In response, the Iranian Armed Forces have carried out retaliatory operations, targeting American and Israeli positions in the occupied territories and at regional bases with waves of missiles and drones.
