The Iranian delegation headed by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf will meet with Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif in Saturday morning.
If the Americans accept the Iranian delegation's preconditions, the talks will begin Saturday afternoon at Serena Hotel, Islamabad.
According to Tasnim’s reporter, The American team, led by US Vice President JD Vance and about 300 people accompanying him, arrived in Pakistan ahead of the Iranian team and settled in the country's embassy in Islamabad.
The Iranian team also includes Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi as the head of the political committee, Abdolnaser Hemmati, head of the economic committee, Admiral Ahmadian, head of the military committee, and Esmaeil Baqaei as the head of the legal committee.
