He said that according to the schedule, the Iranian delegation will meet with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif at 1 pm local time today.
The possible talks between the Iranian and US delegations would be held this afternoon, he added.
The talks have been scheduled for one day so far and the CNN report that they will last for a few days is untrue, he stated.
Following the assassination of late Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei and several military commanders on February 28, the US and Israel launched an extensive military offensive against Iran.
