In a Friday message addressed to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Iranian president extended his congratulations and expressed confidence that the strategic partnership between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation, which was demonstrated over the past year in various regional and international arenas, would continue to expand.
