The spokesperson for the Zionist regime’s Fire and Rescue Services reported the occurrence of a fire caused by electrical disruptions and added that several emergency response teams were dispatched to the scene to extinguish the blaze and rescue trapped individuals.

The preliminary cause of the incident was also announced to be a malfunction in the central air conditioning system of a residential-administrative complex.
According to experts, electrical fluctuations—particularly a severe voltage drop—can directly cause a fire in a central air conditioning system. When the electrical voltage drops significantly, the compressor motor draws a much higher electrical current from the grid (up to several times the normal level) to compensate for the deficiency, which can lead to the explosion and ignition of the equipment and consequently the spread of the fire to surrounding areas.
