In a statement released on Monday, the Iranian Army said its explosive drones struck locations hosting US forces in Kuwait, including air defense and missile systems, protective shelters, and logistical support hangars belonging to the "US terrorist army."
The operation was conducted hours after the US launched another round of illegal attacks against Iran, the statement said.
The Army strongly condemned the repeated US attacks on Iranian military sites, civilian infrastructure, and the Iranian people, saying the assaults constitute a flagrant violation of the fundamental principles of the United Nations Charter.
It stressed that the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran remain fully determined to defend the country's sovereignty, territorial integrity, independence, and its people against any act of aggression.
The latest operation comes amid a broader campaign of retaliatory strikes launched by Iran against US military installations across the region following renewed American attacks on southern Iran.
Earlier phases of the campaign included IRGC Aerospace Force strikes on the US military's drone command and control center, helicopter maintenance facilities, and a P-8 electronic warfare aircraft hangar at Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain, as retaliation for continued US aggression.
The IRGC has also announced missile attacks on Prince Hassan Air Base in Jordan, saying fuel depots and ammunition storage facilities used by US forces were set ablaze. Iranian Army units simultaneously carried out drone strikes against US-linked targets in Kuwait, including Patriot air defense systems, radar installations, and ammunition depots.
In subsequent stages of the retaliatory campaign, the IRGC said it destroyed a US HIMARS missile base in Kuwait and, later, struck American military facilities in Juffair, Bahrain, while destroying an FPS long-range air surveillance radar and a maritime detection radar in Oman.
Iranian military officials have maintained that the retaliatory operations will continue as long as the US persists in its military aggression against Iran.
