News sources reported further Israeli regime attacks on Syrian territory, with Israeli occupation forces targeting the Bir Ajam area in Quneitra province with artillery shells.
Meanwhile, local Syrian sources reported that Israeli regime forces also attacked the Wadi al-Raqad area in the Daraa countryside.
According to published reports, Israeli occupation forces entered the area with about nine military vehicles.
The Israeli regime’s aggression against Syrian territory has sharply escalated since December 2024, following the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s government.
According to figures from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, 594 Israeli regime attacks on Syrian territory were recorded between the beginning of 2026 and Sept. 19, with most concentrated in the southern provinces of Quneitra and Daraa.
The attacks have included ground incursions, arrests of civilians, artillery strikes and the establishment of checkpoints.
