TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The spokesman for Iran’s Foreign Ministry said the country’s considerations and conditions for ending the war have been clearly outlined and conveyed.

Addressing the latest developments in the negotiations between Iran and the US, Esmaeil Baqaei said late on Wednesday that the Islamic Republic of Iran’s considerations and conditions for ending the imposed war on all fronts and restoring security to the Persian Gulf region and the Strait of Hormuz have been explicitly and decisively articulated.

“Furthermore,” he added, “the necessary responses to the other party’s proposals will be conveyed through intermediaries.”

Baqaei also said that Iran and Oman have reached an agreement regarding the geographical coordinates of safe transit routes in the Strait of Hormuz and the procedure for registering them with the relevant international body.

He went on to say that Iran would continue its efforts to strengthen trust and engagement among countries in the region.
