The sources said the strike hit a building near Jabal Amel Hospital in Tyre (Al Sur), resulting in widespread destruction in the surrounding residential area.
Al Mayadeen television also reported an intensification of Israeli attacks on Majdal Zoun in the Tyre district of southern Lebanon.
Meanwhile, Israeli regime forces continued their attacks in southern Lebanon, targeting several towns in the Nabatieh district on Friday.
According to reports, the attacks included drone strikes on motorcycles and artillery shelling of residential areas.
An Al Mayadeen correspondent in southern Lebanon reported that an Israeli drone struck a motorcycle in Nabatieh near Al-Najda Hospital.
In a related development, Israeli artillery targeted the town of Kfarreman in the Nabatieh district.
The towns of Aba and Habboush in the same district were also targeted in drone strikes, according to the reports.
Another drone strike targeted a motorcycle in the town of Harouf in the Nabatieh district.
Separately, the Israeli military threatened several villages in southern Lebanon with possible attacks and called on residents to evacuate immediately.
The Israeli military on Friday forced residents of the villages of Arnaya, Anqoun and Kfarfila to leave the areas.
