The Iranian 85kg wrestler defeated his Kyrgyz rival 7-0 in the bronze-medal match in the competitions which is underway in Astana, Kazakhstan.
Iran’s Mohsen Hajipour in 59kg and Mohammad Karimi in 71kg could not win the medal in the competitions.
The five Iranian wrestlers will vie for medal in Day Two of the competitions on Sunday.
On Friday, Iran’s freestyle team claimed the title with six gold medals.
