The match was supposed to be held on Saturday as part of preparation for the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 Qualifiers in Doha, Qatar.
FIBA postponed the third window of the 2021 FIBA Asia Cup qualifiers on Friday due to the growing cases of COVID-19 in the Middle Eastern country and the Iranian federation also canceled the friendly.
FIBA has yet to release an official statement on the status of the said games.
Iran was slated to meet Qatar and Saudi Arabia from February 18 to 22.
