The 29-year-old player has penned a two-year deal with Persepolis for an undisclosed fee.
Esmailifar played for Sepahan in the past two seasons.
Persepolis has recently completed the signing of goalkeeper Alireza Bairanvand and defender Morteza Pouraliganji.
