Four-Year-Old Girl Among 10 Palestinians Killed Across Gaza

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Israeli regime’s attacks across the Gaza Strip overnight killed at least 10 Palestinians, including a four-year-old girl, as artillery fire hit tents sheltering displaced families in multiple locations.

In Gaza City, Israeli regime shelling struck two separate neighborhoods housing civilians in makeshift tents.

In the Tuffah neighborhood, artillery fire killed four Palestinians, including a baby girl, after tents were hit directly.

In the nearby Zeitoun neighborhood, a separate artillery strike killed three more Palestinians, including another baby girl, further underscoring the toll on children and displaced families in the city.

Further south, Israeli regime artillery targeted Khan Younis, where a shell struck a tent sheltering civilians, killing three Palestinians in the southern Gaza city.

As the attacks expanded, there was a noticeable surge in Israeli regime military activity across Gaza in the past few hours.

In Khan Younis, Israeli regime drones have been operating continuously for at least 30 minutes, concentrating over the central parts of the city and adding to residents’ fear amid ongoing shelling.

Alongside the military escalation, Israel has pursued what observers describe as a contradictory approach, combining intensified attacks with political messaging that the Rafah crossing has been reopened. On the ground, however, Israeli regime strikes have continued without respite.

Israeli regime’s authorities have so far offered no explanation for rejecting Palestinians attempting to leave or return to Gaza, while a clear disparity remains between the number of people permitted to exit and those allowed back in.

As conditions deteriorate, more Palestinians arrived in ambulances this morning, waiting for permission to leave the besieged enclave.
