He added that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi enjoys sufficient support and authority to finalize such an agreement.
Iran and the US have held two rounds of indirect nuclear negotiations in recent weeks, mediated by Oman.
The third round of talks kicked off in Geneva on Thursday.
