TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran will give a lesson to the US and Israel that they have never experienced in history, the spokesman for the Iranian Armed Forces said.

Following the US and Israeli terrorist attacks on Iran on Saturday morning, General Abolfazl Shekarchi said the Iranian Armed Forces responded immediately and launched missile strikes against any site that was at the service of the US and Israeli armies.

“God willing, we will give a lesson to the US and Israel that they have not experienced in their history.”

He noted that Israeli bases have already faced problems and Iran will hit them with a more severe slap later.

He called on the Iranian people not to worry, urging them to ignore rumors and to follow official news through national media.

Earlier, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) announced the launch of a massive wave of missile and drone strikes on Israeli-occupied territories.

In response to the aggression by the hostile and criminal enemy against the Islamic Republic of Iran, the first wave of Iran’s extensive missile and drone strikes targeting the occupied territories has begun, the IRGC said in a statement.
