Passage Through Strait of Hormuz Possible after Coordination with Iran

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz will be possible only after coordination with the Iranian Armed Forces.

Politics

One of the important points in the 2-week ceasefire between Iran and the US-Zionist enemies is the issue of the situation in the Strait of Hormuz during these 2 weeks.

In a statement issued by the country's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, which was also reposted and practically confirmed by US President Donald Trump, an important point about the Strait of Hormuz is included.

Mr. Araqchi says in this text: " For a period of two weeks, safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz will be possible via coordination with Iran’s Armed Forces and with due consideration of technical limitations."

In short:

- Passage through the Strait of Hormuz must still be coordinated with the Iranian Armed Forces.

- Passage through the Strait will still be taking into account "technical limitations."
