Speaking to the Tasnim news agency, the informed source said Tehran has so far shown that it is committed, as always, to its agreements and commitments, but it is fully monitoring all possible scenarios for the future and will act proportionate to the time and atmosphere of relations.
As regards possible upcoming scenarios, the informed source said, “A simple scenario is that the United States and its partners, adhere to the ceasefire and agree to an agreement that is satisfactory to Iran and the resistance within a reasonable period of time.”
“But in addition to this one, there are other scenarios,” the source said, and explained, “One of the possible scenarios for the United States is that, on the one hand, by sabotaging the negotiations process, it obstructs the possibility of reaching an agreement that guarantees the rights of Iran and the resistance (front), and on the other hand, by escaping the war itself, the US keeps Israel on the scene of war against Iran and Lebanon or a war just with Lebanon.”
The informed source at the same time warned, “The US in no way can escape from the consequences of a ceasefire that ends without results favored by Iran and the resistance.”
“Therefore, if the temporary ceasefire terminates due to violations by the other party (the US and Israel) or because Iran and the resistance cannot reach a favorable agreement in an acceptable time frame for us, the US’s interests across the region will surely be set to fire just like the pre-ceasefire days.”
The source added that it is quite clear what course of action the enemy should follow, stressing that the enemy must “agree to an agreement favored by Iran and the resistance, otherwise, the US and Israel will go under fire again.”
