According to official figures, the total number of injuries has reached 581 since the ceasefire with Iran came into effect, underscoring the ongoing losses for the Zionist regime.
The data comes as confrontations persist between the Israeli regime and the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, with recent operations resulting in casualties among Israeli troops in southern Lebanon, Al Mayadeen reported.
Elsewhere in southern Lebanon, an Israeli soldier was killed, and six others were injured, four of them seriously, on Sunday, according to the Israeli military command.
The Israeli Army Radio reported that the incident occurred after a tank belonging to the Golani Brigade broke down in the town of al-Taybeh in the morning. While repairs were underway, Hezbollah reportedly launched a suicide drone attack at the vehicle.
The radio added that the drone detonated, killing a sergeant and injuring six other soldiers, prompting the deployment of a military helicopter for evacuation. It further stated that during the evacuation operation, Hezbollah launched two additional explosive-laden drones targeting rescue forces, one of which fell just a few meters away from the helicopter carrying the wounded.
Later, Israeli Channel 12 reported that three injured soldiers from southern Lebanon have been transferred to Rambam Hospital, where they are undergoing surgery.
Earlier in the day, Israeli media had acknowledged that several casualties had been recorded within the Israeli military following what it described as an attack involving an explosive-laden drone in southern Lebanon.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah has continued its operations, targeting Israeli soldiers, vehicles, and positions in southern Lebanon as well as settlements in occupied Palestine. It says these actions come in response to Israeli violations of the ceasefire and ongoing attacks on Lebanese villages, which have resulted in civilian casualties.
