Addressing a ceremony for the inauguration of 12 national projects of the Razavi Karamat Foundation, held in Mashhad, Ayatollah Marvi referred to the recent US-Israeli war of aggression as an imposed and bullying act, expressing confidence that it would ultimately end in victory for Iran.
The cleric noted that Iran has so far been victorious, adding that the US, along with “its ruthless and hard-hearted accomplice”, namely the Zionist regime, attacked Iran but failed to achieve any of their goals.
He said the enemies suffered severe blows, lost their reputation, and that the image and illusion of US superpower status collapsed.
Ayatollah Marvi stated that the era when the United States could deploy forces anywhere it wished and bring countries under its domination has come to an end. He added that the US became stuck in Iran and was defeated because it failed and would fail to accomplish any of its objectives.
He further highlighted the role of Iranian people in post-war reconstruction, hailing the presence of people in public gatherings at nights in support of the Islamic Republic as a commendable move.
The cleric called on the Iranian people to continue their presence with the same strength and scale until the final outcome.
Ayatollah Marvi added that after victory over the enemies, all efforts should be directed toward rebuilding and repairing the damages caused by the war of aggression, expressing hope that, as stated by late Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, divine support has been destined for the Iranian people and that their strength, dignity, and resilience will continue to grow.
