"Large clouds of smoke are observed in the Charles de Gaulle airport area after reports of a fire north of Paris," the publication says.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown, and the authorities have not commented on the suspension of the aircraft.
According to the agency, during the liquidation of the fire, employees of the Red Cross and the municipal ambulance service provided assistance to more than ten people with signs of smoke poisoning.
