In a post on his X account on Monday, Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli said Iran has announced its readiness to support the four-point initiative proposed by the Chinese president to achieve sustainable security and joint development in the Persian Gulf region.
The ambassador added that the issue was also emphasized during the recent meeting between the foreign ministers of Iran and China.
Last week, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi traveled to Beijing for talks and consultations with Chinese officials.
