Speaking at a ceremony marking Physicians’ Day in Iran’s nuclear industry on Sunday, Eslami said his organization’s medical products are also exported to various countries.
He emphasized that the use of advanced treatment methods is among Iran’s priorities in advancing science and technology, noting that Iranian researchers’ achievement of cold plasma technology has opened “a completely new and promising path” in medicine.
Eslami said plasma technology has produced significant research results while also playing an effective role in healthcare.
He added that more than 20 wound-treatment clinics across Iran are currently using the technology to treat cancer and help alleviate patients’ pain.
