Addressing commanders of Army units in Fars Province, General Hatami said the enemy has turned to other methods after failing to achieve its goals on the battlefield, including economic sanctions and pressure aimed at putting the Iranian people under strain, as well as efforts to create insecurity and unrest.
He stressed that the Armed Forces will maintain their readiness and vigilance and respond forcefully if the enemy makes another mistake.
Major General Hatami also called for using the opportunities created by the US-Israeli imposed wars to consolidate Iran’s strategic gains and keep the threat of war away from the country, stressing the need to continue resistance and perseverance.
“War is an arena of resilience,” the Army chief said, adding that the side capable of showing greater resistance and endurance would ultimately prevail.
Iran, as the defending side, possesses significant resilience across the country and within its Armed Forces, the commander stated.
